Monday 21st April - walks ** – Felixstowe and Trimley – mainly cloudy.

Sunday 20th – Chilly Felixtowe prom.

After two hectic days windsurf foiling it was nice to have a day off especially as I have hurt my foot after hitting a fish on the Stour yesterday! The day started sunny so I managed my exercises in the back garden before it clouded over, before Dan, Jay and Maeva arrived for some Easter fun Mag and I set off for a quick walk in the grey clould, we only got as far as the end of our road before we split up, she took the cliff top path as she had to go to have our broken toaster replaced at Argos while I headed down to the prom. A mistake really as it was crowded and cold with a chilly wind from the east, I took a few pics at the grotty fair, before continuing along the prom before heading up near the pram walk as it was horrible out, in fact I was pleased to get home to make a hot water bottle and then enjoy the company as Maeva had great fun opening her chocolate bunny, she is such fun!

Monday 21st – Circuit of Trimley.

Typical Bank Holiday Monday, cloudy and chilly so while Mag sorted out her many tomato plants in the garden while the cats chased the pigeons off the bird table I did my exercises in the back room with the heater on! Then after a snack lunch we headed out for a quick walk avoiding the seafront this time ending up parking at the Trimley churches for a quick walk in the countryside. Much warmer away from the sea, even got a brief glimpse of the sun, loads of wild flowers out too, then home for a cuppa and hot cross bun:)
